In 1995, I was inspired to begin producing Dr. Stone’s Polarity Tea. I began producing the herbal loose blend based on his recipe and now updated in consultation with master herbalist guidance and current needs.
For over 40 years I have delighted in serving the polarity community, clients, students and friends. As I continue my journey, and in honor of Dr. Stone, I want to share with you the unique process to producing the Polarity Plus Herbal Blend. One most fortunate day, while purchasing the herbs, I consulted with a Chinese Doctor. He guided me to apply a special heating process to cleanse and to enhance the potency of the herbs. Every bag I make is enhanced with this process.
Polarity Plus Tea is organic, specially processed, and made with love.....
A bit of background: I began with Dr. Stone’s original recipe until guided by an expert herbalist to update the blend to meet today’s health needs. Following Dr. Stone’s guidance, alfalfa and nettles were added to make the blend richer and healthier. Then, in recognition of today’s gluten-free needs, we removed alfalfa for its likely contamination by wheat. These important advancements led to the production of the popular Polarity Plus Tea.
Ingredients & suggested qualities: all herbs are blended together in equal
quantity except Licorice is half portioned.
Peppermint - aides digestion, colic, gas, nausea, opens sinuses
Nettles - aides stomach, urinary tract, kidney & bladder condition, blood purifier,
adds iron to blood for reversing anemia
Flax seed - rich in Omega 3 fatty acids,
calms inflammation, builds bones, esp. good laxative for airy types
Fennel - natural diuretic, used in Ayurveda to support healthy weight loss
Fenugreek - rich in folate, building (for hair, strong clear blood vessels)
Licorice - anti inflammatory, brings out the best qualities of other herbs
