Individual Yoga and Meditation Instruction

Currently offered on zoom and in person

5 Individual sessions (60 minutes each) + option to record each session for $250
BONUS:  1 zoom group yoga class each week
Monday and Wednesday at 10 - 11 am

 

10 Individual sessions (60 minutes each) + option to record each session for $500
BONUS:  2 zoom group yoga classes each week

Learning to breathe while stretching can prevent injury. In fact, the practice of breathing is crucial for any kind of workout. In this class you will learn the fundamentals of safe and effective stretching and toning. Tight hips will loosen. Leg and back muscles will lengthen and relax. You can and will learn to relax and flow into easy postures.
