Learning to move your body to the maximum ability you have right now is the essence of yoga. In class I help you maximize this ability with individual attention, slow steady steps to help you breathe better and move easier. You can take steps to alleviate both mental stress and physical limitations.
Each class is designed to reach you where you are. First and foremost is to get your circulation going and move energy throughout your body - you have to get moving to keep your body engine running. Just as you ’tune up’ your vehicle, your body is your vehicle for life and must get regular ’tune ups.’
